Hannah teaches full time in Liverpool Yoga Studios. 

She teaches public, private, corporate and 1-2-1 sessions. 

She created the Rooted Rebel brand as a way to express her personal relationship to yoga. 

"I grew tired with the really serious and systematic approach that some have towards yoga and I felt that I didn't fit in with that. Of corse take the safety of your physical and mental health seriously, but why everything else? To me that doesn't embody yoga. I suppose yoga means something different to everybody, that's the beauty of it, but to me, it means to be a better person. To follow ancient wisdom and codes of conduct with the sole purpose of self improvement and self development. To connect back to that part of myself that only loves. To connect to other people with only love. Why can't we have a laugh whilst we're at it?"

Yoga in the workplace. Our busy lives are becoming increasingly fast paced. With little quality time to ourselves and stress levels on the up, studies have shown that taking the time out to practice yoga before, after, or even during your lunch break at work is a great way to regain mental clarity and become a more focused, calm and productive team member.

Private sessions & 1-2-1's

Private, 1-2-1 and small group sessions available upon request.

Wether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, there are many different reasons why people find 1-2-1's or private classes beneficial.

In a public class, due to the amount of students and also maintaining the pace of the class, you can never have the teachers undivided attention for the entire time you are practicing, so often breath regulation and alignment issues aren't picked up. 

Practicing with poor alignment can lead to wear and tear injuries from repetitive movements that aren't helpful to the body. 

For some people it can also be quite daunting going into a public class if they're new and have no yoga experience, so again private sessions can be useful to get you on your feet.

Work/family commitments may get in the way and prevent you being able to make it to the studio to attend scheduled classes, so private sessions may be better suited.
